Ken didn’t think he had the time to improve his English. Then he heard of WSE and the VVIP program.
I received an invitation to speak at a high profile international business event. In English!
Why I decided to learn English? Well that is actually quite a funny story.
I didn’t think I was afraid of anything, but then one day I received an invitation to speak at a high profile international business event. In English!
There I was, so proud and honored, yet at the same time scared to death! (He laughs)
I had always wanted to improve my English, but hey, I am a very busy man!
Discovering the VVIP program
I have a family, I have my company, on top of that I travel a lot. No way that I could find the time to study!
Then one day I had dinner with a client who is also a very good friend of mine. As we sat chitchatting after our meal an American acquaintance of his came up to our table…
And my friend starts to have a conversation with him. In perfect English!
When the American had left I complimented my friend on his language skills and told him about my worries…
That’s how I first came to hear about Wall Street English and the VVIP program.
I am not an easily impressed person, but I can tell you this - When they say “Personalized” and “VVIP” they really mean it.
We went through the topics I needed to cover in my speech, I told them about my busy schedule, and I must say they made me quite impressed…
Not only did they come up with a personal study plan, covering everything I needed to prepare for my speech.
